Allison joined WorkCare as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2005. Since then, she has continuously expanded her role. Before her November 2021 promotion to Chief Operating Officer, she served as Vice President, Human Resources. In addition, in the past two years she managed implementation of WorkCare’s COVID-19 testing program, including onsite clinical support and the provision of thousands of COVID-19 diagnostic test kits to U.S. companies and their employees. As Chief Operating Officer, Allison works closely with WorkCare’s business division leaders to help ensure seamless service and the delivery of innovative, cost-effective solutions for clients. Allison has a bachelor’s degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton.
