Bryan was promoted to the newly created position of Vice President, Programs & Operations – Prevention Services, in July 2023. Prior to his promotion, he was instrumental in the development and rapid growth of WorkCare’s Industrial Athlete Program and served as its director for four years. Bryan’s responsibilities include continued strategic oversight of the Industrial Athlete Program. His focus on Prevention Services includes collaboration with Wellness Solutions, a WorkCare Company, to create corporate-facing solutions, including a comprehensive ergonomics program, and developing a new approach to pre-hire evaluations. His industry experience includes job demand analyses, employee education and training, and consulting on workplace health risks. He joined WorkCare after managing an industrial athlete program at a major utility and serving as head athletic trainer for the State Center Community College District, Reedly, Calif. A Certified Athletic Trainer, he earned his Master of Science degree in kinesiology at the University of Texas at Tyler.
