Lynette began her career in the field of employee health and wellness over 27 years ago. After working with two Fortune 500 companies, she created Wellness Solutions, the health promotion company she sold to WorkCare in 2021 to further expand the business. Lynette is passionate about preventing illness and injury through education, screening and empowering individuals to improve the quality of their lives. Her experience includes administering onsite fitness and wellness programs, teaching stress management and injury prevention strategies, and consulting with individuals on health and wellness-related issues. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and health promotion at Brigham Young University. Lynette’s certifications include ergonomics, functional movement, mindfulness-based stress reduction, nutrition, sleep and brain EEG/neurofeedback.
