WorkCare was established by an occupational medicine physician in 1984. We are proud of our track record for responsiveness, flexibility and customer service excellence. Health & Wellbeing

  • Insurance – We offer medical, dental and vision coverage to help maintain your well-being through preventative care with access to an extensive network of providers.
  • Employee Assistance Program – Whether you’d like to schedule a confidential short-term counseling session or speak to someone about financial issues, we make the resources available to help.
  • PTO – We are committed to employees having a work/life balance. We support employees’ mental and physical health by encouraging employees to rest, relax, and recuperate. WorkCare combines time off for vacation, personal needs and short-term illness or injury in a common bank known as Paid Time Off (PTO.)
  • We also offer a variety of additional insurance options including pet, accident, hospital, indemnity and critical illness, as well as a legal plan which provides access to a highly qualified network of attorneys for everyday personal legal matters.

Finances

  • 401K – WorkCare will match 20% of the first 6% pre-tax contributions made.
  • FSA – You can set aside funds with pre-taxed dollars to pay for eligible expenses.
  • HSA – A Health Savings Account (HSA) is an employee-owned, tax-advantaged savings and investment account
    that can be used to pay for health care expenses, both now and after retirement.
  • HRA – A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) allows employers to contribute funds for employees to pay for
    certain medical expenses that are not covered by another source.
  • Life Insurance – WorkCare provides Life and AD&D insurance that pays a lump sum benefit to your
    beneficiary.
  • Long-term disability – You can enroll in Voluntary LTD which provides a monthly income of 60% of your
    pre-disability earnings up to a maximum benefit of $5,000 per month.

Training & Development

  • Education Assistance – All WorkCare clinical employees are encouraged to develop professionally through
    participation in occupational health and case management-related educational opportunities and in
    professional organization memberships.
  • Continuous Skills Development – WorkCare’s Learning Management System, Litmos, helps employees reach their
    career goals and provides the training and tools they need to succeed in their current roles.
  • Tuition Reimbursement – WorkCare supports self-development and educational efforts by providing monetary
    assistance for many of the expenses associated with continuing education.
